Class teaches child care techniques and how to deal with emergencies. More information is available on the Community Programs page. Call (253) 538-6402 to register. Class runs 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Please arrive to class 30 minutes early.

SAFETY ZONE

Safety Zone is an educational newsletter with activities focusing on all areas of safety and injury prevention including topics such as: fire, water, helmets, guns, bullying, etc.

Area public fire educators and police create the activities and safety messages targeted towards specific age groups. Age groups are broken down as follows:

• Kindergarten
• 1st and 2nd grade
• 3rd and 4th grade
• 5th and 6th grade
