How to Request a Public Record
Central Pierce Fire & Rescue asks citizens to fill out a Public Records Request form when requesting a public record.
Please be aware that:
- For medical records, there is no charge for the first 10 pages.
- For medical records greater than 10 pages, there will be a $20 clerical fee, plus $1 per page for the first 30 pages and $.75 per page thereafter.
- For non-medical records, there will be no charge for the first 10 pages.
- For non-medical records greater than 10 pages, there will be a $.15 fee per page.
Fees effective January 1, 2012.

You may also drop the form off in person at the above address during business hours. To inquire on the status of your requests, please call Headquarters at (253) 538-6400 during business hours.

The more detail you can include in your request, the quicker we will be able to locate the records you are seeking.
