Equipment, Materials and Supplies

The District uses a formal competitive bid process for purchasing equipment, materials, and supplies when the cost for an item exceeds the sum of $10,000 in a fiscal year. The District may opt to use a vendor list if the total cost in a fiscal year is less than $50,000.
