Fires caused by these batteries can spread quickly and be difficult to extinguish. \nStay Safe by Remembering to: \n\nUse manufacturer-approved chargers\nCharge batteries on a hard\, nonflammable surface\nUse UL or ETL-listed devices\nNever leave devices charging unattended\n\nAt the Open House: \n\nHands-on activities for kids\nA short safety presentation for adults\nSpeak to our community partners\nA chance to tour an engine and meet your local fire crew
