Event Participation Request
All event requests need to be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for processing, scheduling, and staffing of the event. All event requests must be made through our website using the form below; upon completion, you should receive an email from us within one (1) week with an update on the status of your request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of emergency services and the required training of our staff, we are unable to accommodate every request.
Appropriate event requests may include, but are not limited to:
– Engine Visits/Station Tours
– Educational Presentations
– Community Events
– Health & Safety Fairs
– Homeowner Association Events
– Scout Meetings
– Other Public & Community Events
Unfortunately, we are not able to participate in the following events:
– Privately hosted events, including birthdays parties and drive-by celebrations
– Fundraisers or events to promote a business
