Tort Claims

All claims for damages against Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, or against any of its officers, employees, or volunteers, acting in such capacity, shall be presented to the designated claims agent within the applicable period of limitations within which an action must be commenced.

Before filing a Tort Claim, please read the following Instructions for Completing A Standard Tort Claim Form.

You may submit a standard Tort Claim form using one of the following methods:
