Safe Sitter Classes

(Grades 6-8)

If you would like your child(ren) to learn safety skills, child care skills, choking rescue, CPR, first aid, and business & life skills, Safe Sitter is the perfect class for them! This one-day class is open to any child in grades 6-8 and prepares them to babysit, care for siblings/relatives, and/or stay home on their own for short periods of time.

Critical Course Information

  • The cost is $42.98 (class + sales tax) per student and there are no refunds or changes after a ticket is purchased.
  • All classes are held at Station 71 (902 7th St NW, Puyallup, WA).
  • The class begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. Students must complete the entire class.
  • Class space is limited to 20 students (the waitlist caps at 4 students). If there is no waitlist button available on the Eventbrite page, that class no longer has room on the waitlist. Please select another date.
  • While the basics of CPR/First Aid are taught during this class, students do not receive an AHA or Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification.
